For the second consecutive year, One Choice Mechanical extended an opportunity to the community to nominate individuals deserving of a complimentary home comfort system. The response was overwhelming, with numerous deserving nominations making the selection process a challenging one. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated, and we are truly honored to announce that Victoria Smith was chosen as the 2021 recipient of the new system, following a nomination by her caring daughter.

The dedicated team at One Choice Mechanical successfully installed Victoria’s new air conditioning and furnace units, replacing her aging 30-year-old system that had been facing frequent breakdowns. Given her recent COPD diagnosis, the aged system had added further difficulties to her everyday life. As a mother of three who also raised grandchildren and provided care to other children in need, a more efficient system was essential. Victoria, we were thrilled to offer our assistance to you and your family – congratulations on the well-deserved upgrade!

This initiative closely follows our 2020 giveaway, where we similarly installed a new system for Mike Todd, a dedicated veteran and father of five. Mike, who installs fire sprinkler systems, was deeply moved when he discovered that a coworker had nominated him for the giveaway. We were honored to have made a positive impact on his family’s well-being.

Embracing the spirit of giving during the holiday season, One Choice Mechanical proudly participates in the impactful “Shop with a Cop” program. In partnership with the Louisville Metro Police Department, we contribute to a brighter season for less fortunate children in our community. This heartwarming initiative invites numerous deserving children to a memorable holiday event, organized across eight police stations. Through this collaboration, we provide these children with essential winter clothing and toys, making a significant difference in their lives and ensuring they experience the joy of the holiday season. Your generous support is instrumental in helping us extend a helping hand to the children who need it the most, reaffirming our commitment to fostering a safer and happier Louisville for all.
