We offer three plans for annual furnace and AC maintenance, each designed to meet different budget and service needs. Each includes two annual inspections, a price reduction of $250 on new installations and discounts on repairs that vary according to the type of plan. We also provide a minimum one-year warranty on parts.

The second tier plan includes one free service call during regular service hours, a two-year warranty on parts and a 20 percent discount on repairs. The third tier includes unlimited service calls during normal business hours, regular rates for overtime service, a discount of 30 percent on repairs and a three-year warranty on parts.

We believe in price transparency and publish rates for each plan on our website. The lowest tier is priced at $150 per year. The second tier is priced at $240 per year, and the third tier is priced at $330 per year.
